Lake Sumter Community College is a rapidly growing higher education institution located in the lakes region less than one hour north of Orlando in central Florida. The Executive Director of Planning and Institutional Effectiveness is a key leadership position working with the President's Cabinet and College Planning Council to develop a comprehensive synergistic program to support the College's mission and strategic initiatives.
